I am from New Zealand – I have visited Pattaya many times for work and the last time, in April 2017, I visited the store on Beach Rd. I met Ratchpong in the store, but I didn’t buy anything; I was not sure exactly what I wanted
After returning to New Zealand I contacted Ratchpong and sent him a photograph of a diamond ring we saw in New Zealand. After several emails backwards and forwards, we commissioned Ratchapong to manufacture the ring for us. It is a reasonably big white gold ring with diamonds of close to 3 carats in it.
He made the ring and send us photos and videos of the ring, before eventually sending the ring to us by international courier. And we are very delighted with the ring! It is exactly what we were after and at a very good price; probably a third cheaper than in New Zealand.
I can highly recommend Star Gems and in particular the owner, Khun Ratchpong. He is very trustworthy, communicates clearly and he does what he says he will do. At a very reasonable price.
Can’t ask for more!
